I purchased the Cali King size in gold. The quality is excellent! The stitching looks strong & the seams are well folded. The pillow shams are also well made & fit a King size pillow perfectly. We have a King size convertible bed & it has a deep mattress so I went with the Cali King to ensure the sides covered well. I was extremely happy it fit perfectly! The gold color is like a buttermilk…not too gold or yellow. It’s very light but holds the shape well on the bed not like other lightweight covers. I’m hoping it will wash well in our washer & I won’t have to lug it to the cleaners which I read in other reviews they were able to do that. Great price for the quality too. ... show more

    • Nice look, good lightweight quality . . . one concern

We received these (ordered 2) bedspreads yesterday. They are very good quality and the sizing was way better than most. While my husband only detected a slight chemical scent, it smelled stronger to me. And I developed a slight headache. I ended up putting the bedspread in the dryer along with 4 connecting full size paper towels. I wet the paper towels and put a few drops of pure lavender oil on them. Then I placed the wet connected paper towels in the dryer with the bedspread. I left the bedspread in the dryer for about 40 minutes. When I took it out the scent was pretty much gone. I later wiped the inside of my dryer down to be sure that scent did not deposit on other items later placed in the dryer. We really wish these manufacturers would be considerably more mindful of chemical scents and the toxic reactions they can sometimes create. Affordable, quality quilt. I love that it is thin so its not hot, but not so thin to diminish the overall quality like many of the options I've seen in stores. It a simple, stylish set and the fabric is soft - I disliked many others because the fabric either felt "scratchy" or like a smooth plastic feel (super cheap version of satin or silk). The only dislike I had was that I washed twice before using, as the lint trap kept overfilling with fuzzies (and the black quilt fabric, made the fuzzies even more noticeable). Love this quilt. We have a cal king bed and ordered it in the size of cal king. I love how big the quilt is. We have a pillow top mattress and I sometimes find blankets to be too small even though they’re advertised as cal king. King quilt is the perfect size for my bed. Appropriate amount of overhang on all sides to cover the top of the dust ruffle (see pic). Fabric is already softer than most quilts and likely to improve with washing. The shams are thick. Comforter and shams are well made, no loose stitching. I believe the small size of the stitched squares means the batting wont bunch up and get lumpy over time. For dog owners: my 2 beagles love it and the material doesn't allow their loose hair to weave in like my previous comforter. Great value for price. Highly recommend and would buy again. ... show more
