I would pay extra for a premium version of this. More on that later. The design and assembly are good but the materials are poor. Flaky particle board and MDF with what I assume is a vinyl wood sticker as the finish. You are provided a marker to mask visible unfinished seams. The good: Clear instructions. Ease of assembly. Solid once built and in place. The bad: Extremely fragile during assembly. Drawer part fell apart in my hand (see photo.) Wood glue and some clamps fixed it. Structurally weak laterally. You will never move this bed frame without full disassembly. The cam bolt anchors will rip out of the particle board. Obvious, visible unfinished surfaces. You can see that in the photos. Interior drawer surfaces are stickers and do not match fake wood pattern. In the end this is disposable furniture. I know that Amazon drives a race to the bottom and competing with junk from China is difficult. But IMO there is space for higher quality, better materials. If this was offered in ply, with a real finish, or a higher quality MDF/particle base with a thick real veneer finished for all visible surfaces with finished ply for the drawer bottoms, I would pay for that. Add in better joinery that could withstand moving or disassembly without destruction and that'd be even better. I suspect it would be more expensive than most folks are willing to pay. ... show more

Great product! The wood where mattress sits is very sturdy and better than I was picturing! It was a tad difficult to put together. Would've been nice if all the draw rails were prior attached. Not all the pieces had the letter labels stamped. I also confused the 2 locking pieces going based on the pictures. Maybe if the hardware was separated by type and each package section labeled with what hardware number was in each it would have minimized that. ... show more

This bed cane with half the pieces damaged and they did replace them with no problem but it took 2 weeks to get them and one of those pieces came damaged so it was 2 months before we could put it together. We have had to make our own adjustments to it so it will stop caving in as the hardware sent is junk and doesn’t support the boards that hold the mattress. As it was cheap and for a 7 yr old it will work for now but will never purchase their products again. ... show more

I bought a full size bed with drawers .Two of the drawers keep slipping off the track. and one of the support board just snapped in half as my 70 pounds son sat on it. Contacted the customer service and received no response what so ever. Very unhappy with the product.

Hopefully, this bed will be great for my son. It looks really nice! However, both boards that support the mattress were completely cracked on arrival. SS replaced them immediately without question and with excellent customer service. But then as we put the bed together, one of the boards for the drawer had a crack! ... show more

This bed is cute but not durable. I had to fix the side board and the base board broke while sitting on the end of it. Do not buy if you need something strong and good quality.

The bed is nice and looks very stylish, I use the drawers for my socks and underwear. They are shallower than would have hoped but they get the job done. The reason for 4 stars is the packaging, all the parts are crammed into one very long, very heavy box. It took 3 of us just to move it from the porch to our living room. Usually furniture like this would come in 2 separate boxes, I feel bad for the delivery guy who had to lug this to our door. ... show more

The delivery was fast. The assembly was easy to understand. I recommend having two people assemble it as it states in the manuel, but it can be done by one person as i didn't have trouble putting it together. There was this one piece that came broken as you can see in the photo. It part of one the drawers, but it seem to work without it. You can't even tell if something is missing.
