I just used one of these yesterday to bake my first sourdough loaf. My max temp was 500 in a lidded cast iron Dutch oven, and it held up well, didn't off gas or smell funny as it cooked, and cleaned off without issue. The nifty 80s snap bracelet keepers are quite the fun selling point as well! :)

The media could not be loaded. This silicone bread sling is a perfect tool for baking sourdough bread in a Dutch oven. It makes loading and unloading the proofed dough into and out of the hot oven a breeze. The sling is individually sealed in plastic film and comes in a gift box. Made of durable silicone with a woven-like grid inside, it's flexible yet sturdy. The size is perfect for my baking needs and fits my oven well. I bake my sourdough at 450F with 30 minutes, the sling holds up well to the high heat without overheating or damage.
