Bluetooth connectivity worked at first but then refused to connect to any of my devices. When it was working, the sound quality had some background static at low volumes. Sound would intermittently cut out for a few seconds at a time a few times per hour. The unit I received did have some shipping damage when received (rack mounting flange was bent and handle had been sheared off) which could explain some of the problems but overall, I’d only recommend this for intercom/microphone input where sound quality is not a concern. I returned the product due to poor sound quality and Bluetooth performance as well as the minor shipping damage. ... show more

UPDATE: Knocked it down to 2 stars because within a month of purchase, the display formed permanent black lines. Seriously? You call this commercial grade equipment? 3 star because it was missing hardware out of the box that i then went and bought, this also made mounting it a pain due to no handles. Bought this for my store, would probably buy another one assuming they can give me the correct hw. ... show more

Sound Town 180W 6-Zone. unboxed, power cord melted into Styrofoam, permanent white film on amp end. Fired up in our test lab, connected 8 70v 8" Bogen ceiling mounts, also connected watt meter. would not output more than 50 watts. connected 6 100v Atlas IED ceiling mounts, watt meter = 38 watts max. connected 1 Polk SM 70 series to the 8ohm term, about 75% volume on this test, audio is substandard. watt meter = 62 watts. This amp is overpriced. relabeled Pyle Pro perhaps. Possible we just got a bad amp. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime! returned. ... show more
