This is the best ebike I’ve ever own and between my wife and I we’ve own 7 so far. It ride fantastic however, I replace the pogo stick they call a “suspension seat post”. Fair warning this is a BIG bike for taller people. I’m 6’2” tall and it’s great. The frame is very long and heavy. I have ridden 34+ miles on a single charge and I’m guessing it could have gone to 50 miles. I was riding in peddle assist at lower speeds (about 12/hour). Big negative is the stupid way they program the peddle assist. If you set it for true peddle assist the motor will only run while you are peddling. While the throttle does work it is limited to the assist number you are in at the time. So if you need to make a quick acceleration forget it. You can also set it to throttle assist which is simply a modification of the other peddle assist except the throttle is alway live a available. The draw back is it too is limited to what ever assist level is chosen. So if you power up the bike you must choose a power level. If you want full power available to you you need to press the up arrow 5 times. Then the throttle will work normally. Very strange. If you need service you are basically calling some guy that I think is actually in China. Not to say this is bad but his response to my problem was to take it to a local bike shop and they could fix my problem. Duh! Option 2 was a Parks Tool Company video that he sent me a link to. While this may not sound like great service I can tell you it’s a lot better then the service I got from the people I bought my wife’s new ebike from. Bottom line …. if your a taller person this is a very nice bike with good range and speed (25 to 28 MPH on a full pack). I’ve had it for about a month and just got my first 100 miles on it. Would have more but I split my riding time with 2 other bike still. But because of how well it handles and rides I’m now thinking of selling my other bikes. ... show more

Mixed feelings on this bike- it is super cool, works well and seems to be well made-and has some real electric power! It cruises! Tires it came with felt cheap and were replaced immediately. Didn’t feel the tires matched the power the bike could do. Also have had problems with the motor under 500 hours of use but they corrected it. If you want to really power ride this bike every day you would need some upgrades. If you were just cruising gently around once and awhile it would be fine as is. ... show more

Bike just arrived today, box was in pristine condition which was surprising for fedex. Bike itself was pretty straight forward to assemble, took about 20 minutes. Hardest part was adjusting the brakes to the perfect position but was relatively easy and only took 10 minutes. Bike rides great and smooth (I was able to ride with no hands) highest speed I hit was 25mph so far. It’s supposed to hit 28mph but my tires are a little low on air so I’m assuming that is why. Putting together the bike is a bit of a task, reading the instructions while also watching the video in the listing is required. The directions by themselves and the video by itself was not enough to get the job done. One point I want to make on my review is the extremely helpful customer service and 1 on 1 support I have received. I am very pleased by my interactions with the support team members. The bike has had no issues and the pedal assist is great for hills! The only thing I would change about this ebike is the sound of the “horn” or “bell” is very loud and not really a chime that you would expect but it does the job ... show more

    • Great eBike but Misleading Listing

First of all, this eBike is well-built with quality craftsmanship. Bike parts are good quality, not top shelf but, you get what you pay for but no complaints, durable name brand parts used. I'm 67, 6'2" and 275 lbs and this is my first eBike and I did some research on this eBike as I was unfamiliar with this Korean brand; good to great reviews on all their products via the web. For the price, I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better quality eBike, especially as an intro eBike. With all that being said however, I am unhappy with the listing on Amazon that I made this purchase from because, that listing stated that this eBike was the one with the 750 watt rear hub motor and not the 500 watt rear hub motor. Total weight capacity for this 500 watt motor is 325 pounds maximum, and as I weigh 275 pounds, that only leaves 50 pounds of cargo weight which is not much wiggle room, especially when grocery shopping and the likes. That is why I selected the 750 watt model for the extra power to handle my large size and still have some power left for hauling cargo and my bike trailer. So, that has me somewhat pissed off at the brand for their misleading listing. I am concerned about the electric hub motor burning out to quickly because of the increased heat in the motor from the constant heavy load I'll be putting on it. You cannot return this eBike due to the shipping cost restrictions, and contacting the company isn't going to do anything because the listing on Amazon has been changed to listing just the 500 watt motor. I did not expect to get hood-wiked on Amazon, so lesson learned. ... show more

Bad news, good news. When the bike arrived at our house, it stopped working during the first ride. We contacted the seller and explained the problem. He offered to replace the bike with a new one and even drove it to our house (we are not that far from his location). The replacement bike works well, and we are very pleased with the bike and especially the customer service and would recommend the bike and seller. We feel they were very responsive and were interested in making sure we were a satisfied customer. Well done. ... show more

I purchased the bicycle back in March unfortunately realize there was a small crack in the frame, but the seller went above and beyond and replaced the entire bicycle for me this is the second e-bike that I have owned.
