Soho scooter that I got is the best thing I've gotten I order it on the 1-11 23 and I had and they even assembled the ride is better than the rental you get on the street and in long run alot cheaper A major thank you to Sohoo ebike company and the gentlemen who delivered it and explained everything

I've had the scooter for a couple months now. I use it every day to commute back and forth to work, to run errands, and even go shopping. I can get back and forth across town a couple times on a single charge. Fully charged, it only goes about 15 mph max. Even going down hill, it never goes over 18 mph. The media could not be loaded. HAPPY ENDING, AFTER ALL! At first I was super excited, because it came earlier than expected... However, upon assembling, I found there were quite a few hiccups, that, in their defense, were not the problem of the seller, but, more likely, that of the manufacturer. Mostly cosmetic, and minor complications, with a few exceptions but easy fixes...I.e. things like, a broken charger....Which only, after calling Amazon, & being told they couldn't help, I was able to EASILY contact, THEIR OWN Customer Service (via Amazon Message Center, & later, via DM to finalize said contact) They were based in California, so it was all promptly, & happily fixed! (Keep in mind I live in a different state, & this was a 3rd Party Vendor, so I was expecting a LONG wait, or mucho pushback, on it all...BUT I was GLADLY MISTAKEN!) Everything was completely taken care of in a matter of days, all in time, for me to surprise my niece with it, on her visit. WE LOVE IT.. EVEN ME MUM WANTS ONE!...."GEE THANKS... ME!!!" ( In fact she's a regular speed demon on that thing now!) MUCHO GUSTO, MUY MUY BIEN!!!! MUCHOS GRACIAS YA'LL!! YA'LL ARE AWESOME!!! ... show more

I use mine to run my dog, he gets a good run in everyday and is happy. Only dislike is it is km and not mph, I called customer service and they informed me that it only comes in km for speed and distance. I still love it though.
