These "water balloons" are a lot of fun but when put through the test of having my kids use them in the neighborhood do eventually wear when they hit pavement or concrete sidewalk. We have had a few tear and no longer work. its a good idea to dry them out for storage as well.

I’m so glad I got these for the summer!! My kids love them and they work great! I love that they are reusable and easy to fill. Just don’t chuck them as hard as you can cause it will hurt a little. One did rip but I think that’s more cause it was thrown on the hard hot concrete around the pool. If you do play with them in the pool they will sink when filled. My daughter (4) loves water balloons but I hate the small pieces left around the try and clean up so the dogs do not eat them. These are the perfect substitute. Our 3-year old has no trouble filling these with water over and over again. They are a lot of fun and colorful. I only caution to not use these in standard water balloon fights as they are considerably harder than regular water balloons, so it hurts a bit when you get hit. These are clever, easy and fun water toys - however, I would highly recommend marking (Sharpie) any you bring to a public area to avoid not-so-neighborly confrontations. I brought 4 of these on our recent beach/pool vacation and moments after pulling them out to play our family was aggressively confronted on 2 separate days, 2 separate pools by different families accusing us of having taken their water balloons. It was rather unbelievable to me that in each case the children and their (grand)parents came over to insist that we had taken their water balloons. Each time I advised I bought them myself off Amazon and could should show receipt (not sure why each family thought these exist only for their own purchase LOL). The 2nd incident my daughter later found the other family's water balloon at the bottom of the pool but they had already stormed off (SMH). Additional tip - don't bring the clear one into a pool as they are very hard to find. Otherwise these are great and even my grandbaby loved just pulling one apart to watch it magically come back together. ... show more
