Our friend ordered Sophie la girafe for our teething baby, and it's quickly become one of her favorite toys. Initially, I thought it looked like a chew toy for dogs, but our baby absolutely adores it. Unfortunately, we lost the original one we were gifted, so I ordered a replacement immediately. Sophie is easy to clean and has multiple points for chewing, which provides excellent gum stimulation. It’s clear why this toy has been legendary for over 60 years. My great grandson loves this giraffe! Easy for him to grab, size is perfect, he loves it and it's great for his teething stages. It squeaks as well. The only down side I can think of is the squeaker. When you wash it, water can get into the squeaker hole so be careful not to squeeze it while washing it. That could cause mold/mildew to accumulate inside the toy. Maybe a design without a squeaker would be better for sanitary reasons as one can't see inside the toy itself. ... show more
