If I could I would leave no stars. Buy the system brand new. Don’t waste your time. System did not cut on and cords to system did not work. I ended up using an old usb cord that I personally had. System cut on and still continued to be stuck on one screen and controller did not work.

    • Horrible experience, just buy new instead.
The HDMI cable doesn't work, making the screen flash black and blue, luckily I have a spare. The controller joystick also is faulty, constantly going left even when it's not being touched. Horrible experience.

When I received the unit, the controller didn't work. It took the seller a few weeks to get my replacement to me. It was a gift for my son's 12th birthday so it was a big let down he couldn't use the PS5 until I went to the store to buy a 70 dollar controller. Everything was working fine for a month or so. Now the PS5 will not turn on. I am hoping for a quick resolution this time. I will update my review if my issue is resolved to satisfaction. ... show more
