Works great everything truly does. I think some of the consoles they give have the true fat boy console with backwards compatibility, but others don't. Sadly I was one who didn't get one. I googled and everything lead me to three sources and I trusted amazon to be one because some comments say compatibility with past games. Sadly this is very misleading as in the gaming community fat boy ps3 is known for that. Very misleading taking advantage of a community knowing they would fall for it. I bought this PS3, because I thought it was backwards compatible. It is not. The guy in the email said that he'll give me a refund. I sent the PS3 back about 2 weeks ago. I tried to reach out to him via phone, and he hasn't called back. I tried to reach him via email, and he hasn't replied back. This is starting to sound like a scam. ... show more

I purchased this ps3 for my daughter. Her other doesn’t work anymore so I went to go look online for another one. I came across this ps3 and saw it was refurbished, I didn’t really think anything of it cause it said renewed. I got the ps3 and once it arrived my daughter was really excited. Opened it, plugged it in, didn’t work at all. Game kept shutting off and we repeatedly kept trying no luck. I don’t really recommend getting a refurbished PlayStation, unless it’s one that has positive reviews but I know this one doesn’t. For now on, reading reviews more often. ... show more
