It's a great TV no issues and the sound is fabulous. I have been happy with it and fits my stand perfectly. The remote is nice and more better then the Amazon TV remote. With the Amazon remote you have to hold down the home button and wait for the input selection to come up. With the Sony remote it's just a simple click and there's the input selection. The quality is nice with no problem compared to Samsung because with Samsung the screen quality is garbage because I had a Samsung back in 2020 and it had the green screen problem. ... show more

Nice size. Fast shipping. Clear picture, and some great added features, such as preloaded apps. The only thing I am not happy about is the sound. I have tried adjusting it several different ways, and it just isn't very powerful. In a quiet room I usually have to set the sound to 48-50. With my previous television I only had to set it at 15-18. Purchased a sound bar which I hope will make it much more enjoyable. It's funny what a five inch reduction in size makes. We had a 70 inch, and this seems so much smaller. We just bought the Bravia 3 (50") and it's been very laggy, buggy, and has video and color issues that have required us to to a reboot, several times in the last 3 days, to rectify it. We bought the Bravia 3 to replace our 50" X80K (2022 model) and we thought it would be an upgrade. We were very wrong. The Bravia is very laggy. Sometimes, pressing the volume on the remove has about a one-second delay before the volume level appears on the bottom of the screen. Wow. Menu navigation is also laggy, making it a real pain to navigate. Yesterday, the screen suddenly became overly bright, with over-saturated colors. Nothing we tried (even doing a factor default reset) fixed the problem. The only thing that fixed it was unplugging the TV. We are returning it to Amazon. Please buy a different model. The Bravia 3 has problems. Yeesh... not 30 minutes after posting this review, it randomly booted my out of YouTube TV, in the middle of the Mavericks/Thunder playoff game. This is the worst TV we've ever bought. I've added photos of some of the horrible problems, juxtaposed to how they should look (when the TV's screen is not malfunctioning). ... show more

Set up was not too easy as I was alone. One of the delivery guys smelled really bad, so I told them I could do it so they would leave, seemed nice enough but the BO was stifling. After I had set it up and downloaded upgrades twice, I got the TV up and running. The picture is phenomenal the sound was a little tinny. So I went into the menu and compressed the sound which really helped, in fact it is amazing. My last TV was clearly on the fritz for a while. So happy with everything, only change I would make was that guys stink. ... show more

Great quality Sony TV for the price! Would definitely recommend. Crisp 4K, decent hardware but might not work well with weaker WiFi outputs. I first used it an Airbnb, and the software didn’t run very well, so I just used my laptop and HMDI instead. When I brought it home it works perfectly with my regular WiFi. So just keep in mind cheap and slow internet won’t work well with this TV. ... show more
