Update: I was offered a full refund by this company in an email. A few days later they sent another email that said they wanted access to my camera to see if I still deserved a refund. Im not giving you access to my camera. You must be out of your mind. Liars and deceivers. They also take forever to respond. All this money for a crap camera with crap service. The camera I replaced showed my front porch, my driveway, sidewalk, street in front of house, and neighbor's (who are the reason I have cameras) driveway. With this camera I can see the sidewalk. Period. It is way too zoomed even at 1x. What is the point of this camera having such a small vantage point?!? I love the 10x zoom amd the quickness of the connectivity when trying to view camera but those are the only 2 things I love. It is very inconsistent and it does not have a default view or default position so if it tracks someone to the right, it misses someone to the left because it does not return to a front facing position. OR, if someone else comes walking along from the right while it's facing right, there's a chance it won't record. Extremely inconsistent. It catches NOTHING at night, which is terrifying. The media could not be loaded. This camera is amazing. It is very well built and sturdy. The sound is super clear as well as the quality of the videos. It has a track and zoom feature that is pretty cool as well. This camera works great with my iPhone and is easy to use. I will be ordering another camera to use as a trail camera. Bought this to replace a much cheaper Maxivis. The hardware, solar panel and battery are much better however the width of the focal plane is not nearly as wide as the Maxivis. The big issue is the software is nowhere near as good as the camera costing 5x less. No trigger zones, and other features found in the $40 camera. There is probably a camera with both qualities out there priced somewhere in the middle. ... show more

The camera was easy to set up a pair. After installing, I tested it by walking through the yard. The camera tracked me through the yard and panned to follow when I went out of the field of view, AND, returned to its normal view afterward. I'm impressed by the features of both the camera and the app. In the app, you can pan, tilt, focus, zoom, set sensitivity, duration of videos ... I like the zoom feature since my cars are parked on the street. I can zoom in on them overnight. I'm still learning the system, but so far, I'm impressed. ... show more

The camera was extremely easy to set up. It integrated into the SOLIOM+ app automatically. Camera quality is great and the zoom feature is very nice. Automatically detects movement and will be a great addition to my security camera system.
