When it arrived, one of the plastic feet was damaged. The customer support person who answered my email could not have been nicer. It was easy to assemble in 30 minutes, the cushions feel quality, the frame is sturdy, and it looks just like the picture. As others have said, the bottom cushions are firm, but the back ones are squishier. My husband took a nap on it the first day. If we had room, we would buy the chairs too. Very happy! ... show more

The only thing is the back bar is low. My one year old climbed up and went to stand at the back like a normal couch and flipped right over the backside because there’s no support for the top half of the cushion! I caught him and just pushed the couch against the wall so he couldn’t do that again- but something to think about even for an adult/back support. Otherwise love this so far!! ... show more
