Overall, this might be one of the best online furniture purchases I've ever made. Everything arrived quickly, well packaged in 3 different boxes. There was no damage and all the items were packed neatly and securely. Assembly was a breeze. I was able to put together all the pieces myself in about an hour. There were no issues with the holes being misaligned or screws missing. The instructions were easy to understand, even though there were no words, just pictures. The final product is comfortable and light weight, but also sturdy. The fact that the cushion covers are removable is an added bonus. Customer service is very responsive. They dealt with 2 issues in a timely manner. The first issue was the packages are sent in 2 shipments, but I thought when I received the first shipment they had NOT shipped the coffee table. Customer Service informed me that they only provide 1 tracking number for 2 shipment and that the second shipment was coming that week. Also, Customer service immediately shipped me a new cushion since 1 of the sofa cushions had a yellow stain. See pictures. Assembly was fairly straight forward and took me only 90 minutes to put together the sofa, and another 90 minutes for the 2 chairs. Only problem with the assembly was some of the screw holes were not punched out all the way. You have to use a hammer and screw driver to punch it out. Tip to assembly. - Don’t tighten all the screws until you have the legs on and make sure it is level. Then tighten all the way. Overall, it was a nice looking set that is reasonably price compared to buying them at outdoor furniture stores. ... show more

We went to brick and mortar stores looking for outdoor furniture for our newly renovated backyard but everything was just so overpriced or didn’t meet my husband’s standards. We didn’t want wick furniture due to the inability to clean them well. I started looking on Amazon and luckily found this set! I received the set and one of the packages had the wrong nuts/bolts. I emailed their customer service and received a prompt response right away and they sent the correct nuts/bolts. Great customer service and very happy with the set and how it assembled well and is sturdy.

Totally surprised by how good this looks, how sturdy it is, how high-quality the metal finish and the cushions are, and how easy it was to assemble. 10 out of 10! Also, the whole set came in two different shipments just a couple of days apart, and all of it earlier than initially projected by the seller. The whole set went together easily. One arm had a damaged threaded fitting. I contacted the seller, they asked for pictures and immediately sent me a replacement part. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
