Bought one and the next day, I had it delivered; I installed it in no time. I liked the first one so much, I ordered three more, got them the same day. Even got an additional $10 off a couple of them. Basically installed a very nice security system for well under $180.00. Pros: *Ease of installation *Easy, very intuitive to set up, had all four of mine set up in moments *I was concerned that since my house is under a heavy canopy of trees, these wouldn’t charge. First one I set up, the sun was in the back of the house, no direct sunlight. Just ambient light, the thing immediately started charging, put another one on a tree in the front yard, again, no, direct sunlight and it charged to 100%. One of the cameras I didn’t install until the sun was starting to fade, the camera still charges. I’m impressed, very sensitive solar panel. So now I know I can set these things up in the deep woods, I’ll get some more, I just need to extend my WiFi *charges rapidly *it’s not tied into Amazon, or an off site security system that has access to monitor your privacy. It’s your own system, no body peeking, get a vpn, and your system is invisible. *has its own “cloud” system or you can opt out of that option and buy/use micro sd cards and have them downloaded to your own dvr, or computer. Basically, keeping what goes on, on your property to yourself. Without fear of outside hackers or nosy government employees peeping in on you via a Lexus/ring type app. Cons: * the camera lens isn’t the best. If you’re looking to see license plates going down the road or get a clear image of someone’s face. These aren’t it. Unless they’re really close. But, good color over all, again, I got two of them same day for $40.00. So to me, camera quality, not necessarily a disadvantage. *having an issue installing the app on my wife’s phone. I’ll have to call customer service and see what they can do. I’ll report back. *can’t really say about the distance of how far they’ll pick up, right now, I’ve got one near the front of my driveway, about 35 ft away from the main frame of my house where my WiFi is. *I really can’t think of any other cons, it is what it is. A very good quality, low priced, security, camera system. time is the acid test, see how durable they are over the long haul. *the cloud service they offer, is expensive. I haven’t used it, but it’s there, so I can’t comment as to how well/bad it works Hope this helps, again, if you’re looking for super crystal clear, high end lensed cameras, these aren’t it. But, if you just generally need to monitor your property, set them up as game cameras. Or just general security, bird watching etc. these are exactly what you need. These things have lights on them, alarms that you can set. You can talk to ppl from any where in the world if you see them in the camera. Timers that you can set for the most activity so you’re not bothered with alarms going off at times you don’t care to check the cameras. There’s really a lot more you can do with these things. Product was very easy to setup right out of the box. I had it up and running in under 5 minutes! Video quality is impressive, even for SD. If you don't have an SD card you receive a free cloud trial in the app. Please note: the ZC-YT05 camera is ONLY compatible with the included 4g SIM card which gets you 300mb each month. You do have the option to purchase more. This is great for the back yard or hunting where wifi doesn't reach but this camera would really be best if it also had a wifi option. I tried every way possible but it will only connect with the sim card. The on screen controls are very smooth and the pan/tilt is easy to use. All mounting hardware is included and you can have this installed in brick and running in less than an hour. I was looking for a wireless outdoor security camera to keep an eye on my backyard and garage area. After researching different options, I decided to give this SEHMUA solar powered camera a try based on the positive reviews. I'm so glad I did because it has exceeded my expectations so far! The setup took about 10 minutes since the directions in the manual were easy to follow. I downloaded the app on my smartphone, connected to my Wi-Fi network and I was able to access the live feed instantly. The video quality is crystal clear during the daytime and night vision worked flawlessly as well. The motion detection alerts are very handy. I get notifications on my phone whenever the PIR sensor is triggered, and I can see what's going on through the app. The 2-way audio allows me to talk through the camera which is a neat feature. I've had the camera installed outside for one week now exposed to all kinds of weather. Rain or shine, the solar panel automatically charges the battery, so I don't have to worry about wires or battery changes. For the price, this SEHMUA security camera has all the features I need in an outdoor surveillance system. I bought 2 cameras to test out how they function. The cameras were easy to physically install and I am very satisfied with the solar panels that are provided with the cameras. After a couple weeks of use the batteries still hold a charge overnight. The ability to zoom in and rotate the camera is nice and greatly improves the usage of the cameras. So far I do not have any negative comments or observations. Outside my house, I recently put the SEHMUA solar-powered wireless security camera. The user manual's step-by-step instructions made setup a breeze. The camera rapidly connected to my Wi-Fi network, and I could access the live feed from my smartphone. The 2K 360° video quality is incredible during the day and at night. In high quality, the camera efficiently monitors my entire property and driveway. The night vision spotlight lights up to thirty feet, allowing for clear video even in complete darkness. Motion detection notifications are one of my favorite features. It sends a notification to my phone, along with a little video clip, whenever there is movement. I can communicate with the camera using the 2-way audio. If necessary, the 85dB alarm siren can be activated remotely. The solar panel continuously charges the built-in battery. The battery is still fully charged after one month of use. I've never had to recharge it manually. The weatherproof IP65 casing shields the camera from rain, dust, and heat. I've mounted it outside without any further protection. Overall, I was satisfied with this wireless security camera's easy setup, dependable communication, adaptable solar power supply, and sharp, high-resolution footage. Right off the bat I thought the app controlling the camera was not very good because the camera would not always move when using the control. After having it mounted outside on a shed for two months I've noticed the pan function not working. The motor is trying but something must have found it's way into the mechanism because it needs a little help to turn. Goes a little then grinds to a stop. Dust ? Bugs? The battery has stayed charged even with all the trees the light has to get through - that is impressive. Picture is good and motion detection works good. If I can resolve the pan problem I'll probably buy a couple more of these. Revised ! I changed this review from 3 stars to 5 partly because I figured out why the camera wasn't working right, but mostly because of the awesome customer service this company has. After my 3 star rating was posted the seller contacted me and offered to send me a replacement. The new camera is working perfectly - great picture, motion control is fair with weak wifi signal, and motion detection works good. After I installed the new camera I was able to disect the old camera and determined it must have been dropped at some time, and dropped or thrown hard enough to break the plastic bracket holding the pan motor which caused the camera case to bind against the housing. After a little repair work the camera mechanism appears to be working okay. The customer service was awesome ! They contacted me and wanted to make it right. ... show more

This is finally a camera. I don't have to worry about losing power or signal ( I have been having problems with power lately). No worries anymore. It is early, and I have not had the test of time. Has a great viewing angle, very very bright led, excellent night vision, good/better response to the controls than most if not all cheaper cameras. The solar panel is more than sufficient to power and charge the unit even in cloudy days. I have never seen it run out of battery. Picture quality is great I was expecting worse quality. It’s not ultra 4k but for consumer cameras this is spectacular. My only recommendation is to add the option to maybe , possibly add an option to set more sensitive areas within the viewing area. Motion sense is a little annoying with the notifications constantly being one after the other. Wish the motion sense was smarter. The set up for this camera was also very simple. Seems like a great unit for the price. Wifi works well, app is OK. The only thing lacking is a corner mount (so you can cover two perimeter lines from the same camera), so I designed one a printed one on my 3d printer. This also allows for a unitized mount, since I ran one side of the corner mount long and mounted the solar panel to that. Pan movement is jerky but acceptable. Overall, a solid unit for such a low price. Will buy another for another corner of the house. Update 3 Aug 2023 After spending several months operating this camera, I realize it is a much better value than I first realized. It has been performing VERY well, with a few annoyances. I had some complaints about the video share issue, reached out to the manufacturer and their response was superb. Really good, and responded right away. Pros 1. This is a completely wireless PTZ camera for well under $100. 2. The night vision on the camera is very good, especially for the price. 3. The solar charger works well. I have never seen the camera with less than a 100% charge. 4. The app is OK. Has a lot of features, but could be more responsive. But considering the cost, I dont think this is a real big deal 5. Remote access via app works well. I have other cameras that remote works better, but they are far more expensive. Cons 1. The motion detection is a little inconsistent, especially when set to medium. It appears that a motion that will trigger it one day will not trigger it the next. The high and low settings are much better, at least as far as consistency. 2. My previous review called out the inability to easily share video. I am still concerned about this, but I realize its more of an issue with the app than the camera. Going forward I will use the SD card local storage, than I can always pull the card if I have to. Overall, for the money, I don't think you can do much better ... show more

I received this camera and the set-up process including the app loading was a breeze. The PTZ capability is a powerful feature which allows you to look around a bit, while you are not there. The HD setting provides a clear picture, even when zooming in. The zoom, however, is a digital zoom so some resolution is lost when zooming. Only one shortcoming: I do wish that they would make a PC compatible version of the Ubox app so I would be able to access the camera from my desktop computer at work. This was an "experimental" purchase, but I now that I have had the chance to work with it, I think I may purchase a few more for around the house. ... show more

We used to have Ring doorbell cameras, but after a year or so, the camera being outside all the time got weathered and then had connectivity issues. I wanted a camera with excellent night video as catalytic converter theft in my area is something I now have to worry about. I was blown away by the easy set up, ease of use, and overall video quality on this camera. The nighttime video quality is enhanced by the spotlight and the picture is so much clearer than my Ring video ever was.
