the camera itself its good but the app its the worse and the costumer service even more. i bought this camera and after 1 day the camera stopped working, it wouldn't connect to the app and the app wont even allowed you to purchase cloud data and i never got any notification whatsoever about people been IN front of my house. so the camera doesn't record any activity or anything that happens and when you try to open the app to see the live view it takes for ever to load and it says encrypted channel data loading etc. i tried to contact the seller and i still haven't heard from them. do not buy ever for this ppl if you dont want to loose your money ... show more

    • Quit working 2 months in.
This camera was great when it started.. But 2 months later it would not connect with the phone via the app. It would connect with the network but the app stopped working at the point of it trying to get encrypted with the camera. Returned. 25.00 restocing fee....

    • Just Cuz Yur Paranoid - That Doesn't Mean the World is NOT out to GET U
This - may - or, may not - be the worlds best PTZ camera. What it comes down to is "what is your expectation for what you think a PTZ camera is supposed to do." So, the camera arrived - ok All the stuff was there. Charged the solar panel. Plugged it in. Downloaded the App. Fired that puppy up. Went thru all manner of this and that - and, eventually it sprung to life in the App. Most of the issues boiled down to the device working (more or less) in ways that did not expect it to work. I figured that it would be default set to lock on to - track and record (night or day) 24/7 any thing that came in to view. Simple - though - delusional assumption. May be it does that if you subscribe to the cloud service. May be other PTZs do that if they have a reliable, permanently connected source of power. This puppy runs on solar - it stores to an SD card = it lives/survives thru saving power. So, depending on your sensitivity and video capture selected options, it rarely wakes up and stores much of anything - due to it fear of dying from low battery. I have the thing on permanent charge, hanging from a lamp in my living room - and, with my selected options, it does not track me around the room all the time. Also, for reasons only described as demon possession, the camera disconnects from its 2GHz WiFi router. That - probably - has less to do with the camera - and, a lot more to do with my WiFi configuration. The Bottom Line: I haven't got it debugged enough to where I think it is working well enough that way I think it should work with a reliable enough WiFi connection - to risk hanging it up outside somewhere. List of Possible Problems: 1, Me 2, WiFi 3, The camera will never work the way I want it to work (aka Me again) I can't say that the camera is crap - or, that it doesn't work - or, that it was a total misrepresentation of features. Let's just blame it all on Global Warming, Russia's Invasion of Ukraine, Sleepy Joe's Inflation- and, Trump's delusional ravings. Just, call it a day. Will I figure it out before the warranty runs out? = It's not look'n good. ... show more

It’s easy to install,picture is good,but has to encrypt every time you try to look at it on mobile phone and then it may not come on at all.just can’t look at it when you want to.

    • Don’t waste your money
Fully charged the battery it lasted 2 days on low settings with solar panel mounted properly before low battery warning started. Set it to return to same spot After motion is detected and it rarely does. It pretty much does whatever it wants. Do not get a alert to my phone when motion is detected despite the setting being on. Has a huge delay and takes a long time to load/ move. I even bought a extender so it would have better WiFi unfortunately that didn’t help. Extremely disappointed and trying to figure out if I can return it. This is the 3rd camera I’ve bought and the most expensive one and the worst quality out of all 3. ... show more

This video camera sucks. It keeps turning itself yo record my freaking wall. No matter what I do yo switch it to face the right way it straight up refuses to. I reached out to customer service, hoping I could get some help and the dude literally tells me to turn off all its features and maybe it'll work. Don't waste your money on this one. ... show more

We are extremely happy with the performance and ease of this camera. I would definitely purchase a second one if I think we will need it. The solar charges it up and it lasts all night. The app will notify you if there is any movement and you can review the video to see what set it off. Also, at night it has a very bright light that comes on if any movement, which we like.
