I eventually scratched them up too much (totally my fault), but I loved them so I ordered two more pairs- another black and a brown. All three pairs arrived quickly and in good condition. I have had these sunglasses for over 3 years and they are still in great shape! I now have 3 pairs and have yet to have any scratches on them or have they broken. Great style look and very light weight. They also do not have the rubber nose piece to easy to take on/off top of your head without hair getting stuck! Which is a necessity for me! These are so nice! Very stylish and well made for the price. The ear pieces have a metal part that extends from the end about a centimeter and I had my husband remove them as they served no purpose and just made the ear piece longer. He cut the metal piece off and sanded the area and I love them now. Keep that in mind-I would have lived with them just as they came but then my husband offered to remove the said area.
