I'm not impressed with the holding power of this gel, I think it used to be stronger. Anyways, if I make a bun on top of my head I get stray hairs falling after a few hours. I do a lot of box single braids and this brand does the job to sleek down those edges and hair. The price is affordable and you get a lot more product versus some of those other brands of edge controls that charge higher prices and you get far less product!
