I was happy with this purchase as there are a lot of useful features on the lights and I think they are a very good value. The different color temperatures (bicolor) are great, and mean that one doesn't need to mess with two sets of lights right out of the gate, but still can have different lighting options. The stands support the lights well, and are easy to set up. The size of the softboxes are better than many options at the same price point, easy to set up, have a silver interior, and they throw a lot of light which can be switched between the 4 settings for different intensities (warm, cool, strong, dim, etc.) The package they arrived in was smaller than I expected, light and easy to carry, and well organized. for an entry level to mid set I was actually happy with the set for the cost the lights worked well with good features some reviews mention the tripods, of course they're light weight, medium duty does cost more, the included tripods are ok , if someone wants sturdier they can upgrade
