Not as easy to make as it seems! A lot of steps have to be done very quickly or the creation is ruined… not something a kid would know or be able to fix once it starts going wrong. The soap was a pain to make but came out nice. Bath bombs were fun. Bath salts didn’t sizzle like they were supposed to. ... show more

    • Bath bomb fail
The soap & bath salts worked great, but the bath bombs didn't work at all! We tried over & over, but they never hardened up. Instead they ended up dissolving.

My daughter loves bath bombs and making crafts so this was a nice gift for her. The instructions are easy to follow and the tools and ingredients seem high quality. I appreciate the science education components. The only complaint is that some of the colors are not very vibrant. We had to use much more of the blue than states in the instructions, and it still was not vibrant in the bath bombs, although it seems to work better in the soaps and bath salts. ... show more
