Works better than expected for an off the shelf scope. Follow instructions in removing wafer-battery when not using; the colored buttons are easy to turn on display. I did find a minor flaw that when scope is on (not a problem IMO), you can push 2 different color buttons simultaneously and the scope will turn off. You can also push a single button and it will eventually turn off the display too. ... show more

The scope has great zoom capability. The scope is longer than most. Images can be dialed in crisp with the parallax. Careful placement of the scope results in fairly quick access to the eye box.

    • Not as nice as the 4x18 FFP
Light transmission was down and reticle was hard to see in anything other than brighter light. Power wheel was rather tight. Returned and purchased the 4x18 FFP and was happily surprised also had the best packaging I have ever seen even on scopes at ten times the price!

The button for the green crosshairs doesn’t work.

The only dislike I have is that it was MADE in China. Had I known this, I would have looked elsewhere for a scope. I was easy to bore sight and to zero. I haven't had a chance to check function beyond 25 yards. As with any scope, function at longer range is most important. I currently have it mounted on a Ruger Ranch Rifle. ... show more

ITS RARE WHEN I FIND A QUALITY SCOPE FOR THIS PRICE POINT. WHAT I LOVE THE BEST IS THIS SCOPE HAS LOCKING TURRET RINGS. TESTED OUT TO 300 YDS WITH A CZ 452 RIFLE. NEXT TEST WILL BE OUT TO 500 YDS AND BEYOND. AMAZON WILL NOT LET ME POST MY SHOOTING LINKS TO THE FIELDTEST OF THIS SCOPE.
