Love this fan, great suction and noise level is quieter than most I've used. High is obviously louder but it's to be expected. I like the 3 speeds but find it a little annoying it starts on high and you have to go through all the speeds to get it on low, which has plenty of suction so is what I've been using most. I also like that it has a timer shut off so you don't have to walk back and turn it off during meal time, just set the timer and walk away and enjoy your family time/meal. Filters are easy enough to remove, haven't washed them yet but don't expect any issues. The light placement could be better, they're at the very back of the fan and not extremely bright. I have enough ceiling lighting it's not an issue but for someone who does not have adequate lighting, they definitely wouldn't be helpful for cooking. The tab on one of the vent flappers came broken...I contacted the company and they sent me new ones very quickly, no questions asked. The chimney extensions seemed to be a bit of a pain for our contractor to install but he made it work. All in all very happy with this fan and customer service. The big logo is a bit gaudy but minor to me. It comes covered in blue protective wrap which came off much easier than I anticipated. A sharp blade to score at the seams was helpful. Definitely take off what you can before install, or at least pull it away from the places close to the wall. ... show more

**UPDATE- the company reached out to me and asked how they could solve the issue of the non working clock.. I sent them verification that the clock did not work and they sent me a new module to connect. It was a very simple install and now the clock works perfect.. I am very happy with this product and want to thank the seller for being so accommodating. I have ordered this product 3 separate times now. the first one the fan was very noisy so I returned ordered another the product was damaged had to return and in the third product the clock doesn't work..I really love the look and the quality of the product just having a hard time getting one that is put together well. ... show more
