We've purchased the pack of 5 3-cup containers three times now as they just get handier and handier when doing meal prep on weekends so that there's something nutritious in the fridge or freezer during the work week. Their size and lids make them easy to stack. All of our round containers have been donated to others since they took up too much space. We'll stick with these going forward. We live on the "Big Island" of Hawaii with a volcano that has been SUPER active recently and over the last 30 years has been active far more than not. How does this relate to the Snapware boxes? Over the years (and MANY MANY dollars down the drain) we have learned that the humidity together with the VOG (that's volcanic smog - which is SUPER acidic) corrodes electronic connectors and components and will even cause mold to grow inside high-end (supposedly moisture sealed) optics. Snapware has provided an outstanding solution because they have so MANY different sizes. Simply find the box that is right for your purposes, put your electronics or camera gear in the box with a moisture absorbing material (silica gel pack), snap it shut and your gear is safe from the environment! NOTE: The latching tabs on the lids are somewhat fragile. If you drop one on a hard floor and it hits just right (or "wrong"), the tab will break off. ... show more
