At first I had problems with it sliding toward one side of the bed, but I was able to stop that by getting a more snug mattress protector. My only real complaint is that it is not cooling at all like the description said. In fact, I feel like it is the opposite. I added this foam topper to a guest bedroom mattress after several folks mentioned that the bed was too hard. Guess what? Now I've gotten a complaint that it's too soft! Not to go all "Goldilocks" on you, but my husband and I have both slept on it and we think it's just right. Some folks mentioned a smell from the foam, but if you follow the instructions and let it air out properly, the smell dissipates.
