I assembled the bike with absolutely no problems, everything was there, and all the components are of high quality and most importantly everything worked. They included a complete assembly manual in the box with colored pictures, very easy to follow ! I have only put about 10 miles on it so far but I am totally happy with it. Ive been wanting thia bike for months. I am more than pleased and excited to finally have it! It scared me whem i first got on it. The two wheel motor feature has so much power.!i drove it up a tall bridge roday no problems. Aftwr that i drove it 24 more miles!! Straight electric no pedalling. Im very happy about the range. I got used to the bike and ita my primary source of transportation. Does all i need and then some. And it turns heads. The cuatomer support is wonderful.! And fast!. I messed up the headlight plug they are sending me another harness free!! No complaints and very happy to have it!!! ... show more

Okay so this bike is BIG. That being said, it’s easy to assemble and ride, it handles like most other mountain bikes. Definitely not lacking in power! I live in a mountain town and this bike is a game changer, steep hills that I could never ride up aren’t even a challenge anymore! The 2-wheel drive is different in a good way and takes hardly any time to get used to. I did have an issue where the kickstand broke, I reached out to the seller via Amazon, and you couldn’t ask for better customer service! They replied nearly instantly and were more than happy to send me a replacement part right away, and free of charge! They also provided tracking information and the part was here in a week! I mostly love this bike after dialing it in. I’m 6’2 and 300 lbs, and it hauls me around with ease. It’s really fast, and the brakes, chain, shifter, motors, and controls work fine out of the box. It makes me feel like a 10 year old kid again. I did make some minor modifications to it to be more comfortable- I changed the seat post to a 450mm so I have a more comfortable pedal position, and I changed the handlebar mount to one with an adjustable angle. I have about 50 miles on it now and I’ve charged the battery three times (I only ran it down to 50% each time). I ended up modifying the settings in the controller to make it ride more like a bike. It’s a bit overboosted as it comes, so I turned down the motor current a bit to make it respond more linearly to pedaling. It has a throttle and fork lock, so you can ride it that way too. I actually use the throttle quite a bit when maneuvering because it’s easier to control. The front motor can be turned on/off, and I use mine pretty sparingly. It’s useful if you want to accelerate quickly, or are on a slippery surface, but it pulls a lot of power and you end up going way too fast unless you treat it gingerly. There’s a button right on the handlebars for it so you can just use it as a turbo boost feature. The seller is great- Fedex had initially misdelivered it and they helped me get them to track it down and were very responsive. The bike arrived in a big box, and the seller sent complete assembly instructions. The assembly went fine but it’s sort of an expert job- it’s putting together a lot of nuts and bolts and making adjustments. The only minor issues were a slightly cross threaded bolt on the handlebar bracket, and a couple of scratches on the rims, but both were very easy to correct or ignore. The bike has had a few issues but overall it is a beast. Some of the nuts and bolts have backed out and got lost. The battery went out one one ride. Contacted the company and they sent me out replacement huts and bolts and a new battery. The bike is up and running like a champ. Overall great bike.
