When I first received this it was already broken BUT it was super easy & quick to get a replacement. It is ready to go out of the box and is expandable so it’ll fit all tub sizes. This tray and bath pillow set is so amazing that I was sharing the link while soaking! Nice Looking piece and and the pillow is comfortable. I like that it extends and can be used outside the bathroom and multifunctional. Best $40 you can spend.

This is a very luxurious set. The pillow is a very important feature for comfort and it being included definitely made this a great value. The shelf has all the bells and whistles and is easy to adjust. The only downside is it's pretty large and may be a pain to store.
