It will not suction to pebble grain bottom tubs so I used aquarium glue (not sealant), which is used for aquascaping. Three or four dabs per suction cup does the job. Easy removal when needed. The power and amount of air streams is amazing! Better than my jetted tub in the master bath. Not as loud as my jetted tub. Add a head/neck pillow, soft music a fragrance and your favorite libation to chilax in spa comfort! No exasperation!! ... show more

    • Too loud and little therapeutic value
Pros : none really. Really does nothing to release tension or aches any more than just taking a warm QUIET bath would do. 1st: Suction cups DO NOT keep it anchored to bottom of tub and the air flow causes it to lift away from bottom of tub and floats up anywhere the weight of the body is not directly on it. So it floats up between my legs. Very annoying. The extra sticky rings to be placed over certain suction cups to help keep it anchored, did nothing to stop it from floating up in use. After 2 sessions, those extra rings lost their stickyness and fell off. Now they are sitting on the side of my bathroom sink. The motor noise level is unbearable, it is like a VERY LOUD vacuum cleaner 2 feet from the ears. The ability to 'Heat' the water using the heat from the motor is non-existent. Even after 10+ minutes of use, cool or cold air bubbles are still flowing up through the mat. I can't say if it no one would like it, but for me, it seems like an 'IMITATION' Water Therapy like contraption that really serves no purpose as advertised. I had a different brand and model years ago that was just a 'Jet stream, ' with out the Mat..it was a much more useful unit but they don't seem to sell those anymore. The Poor-man's Jacuzzi, as this one is, with the mat, and overly loud motor really are all I could find , unless I wanted to spend THOUSANDS to install the real deal. Save your money ... show more

The only problem I have with it is the suction cups will not stay put in the bottom of the tub but besides that this is very powerful and I love the bubbles

    • Fine for the first 10 minutes…
It was easy to set up, fits my tub fine (I have a smooth finish so most no issue with the suction cups suctioning), and it’s actually great….for about 10 min. It claims it releases heated air but actually, as most reviews state, it blows cold air! It’s the weirdest thing. After like ten minutes suddenly the mat exudes a coldness. If you touch it with your hand you can barely feel it but every other part of your body that is laying on the mat will feel the icy coldness randomly coming thru. It’s really unpleasant. I bought this for the purpose of adding bubbles and keeping my bath warm but it doesn’t do the latter at all. I also had issues with powering it on for some reason. The outlet is fine, but sometimes this machine doesn’t want to turn on and the led flickers. The mat itself isn’t exactly comfortable but it’s not uncomfortable, if that makes sense. It’s certainly not like laying on a cloud. Not sure if it’s worth keeping….I really wanted to like it. Also worth noting it does shut off automatically after 20 min but you can turn it back on again. ... show more
