The name and description are deceptive, “Chewable Nugget Ice Chip Maker Crushed Ice Machine Soft Chewy Ice.” This machine only makes two sizes of Bullet ice, Large & Small, not “Chewy Ice, Chip Ice, or Crushed Ice.” This machine will not keep the ice at a temperature to prevent melting, so ice must be used or stored immediately.     • Didn’t work!
My husband and I were excited to use this product. We ended up getting too busy and didn’t set it up until recently. We tried multiple times, but it wouldn’t work. It came on and took water, but it never got cold or made ice. Since we didn’t get it set up quick enough, we missed the return window.

    • Fast and great ice cubes!
I’m impressed at how quickly this makes ice. A half of a gallon of drinking water will fill a gallon size ziplock bag with cubes in just a couple of hours. It’s also nice you can choose between two sizes.
