The name and description are deceptive, “Chewable Nugget Ice Chip Maker Crushed Ice Machine Soft Chewy Ice.” This machine only makes two sizes of Bullet ice, Large & Small, not “Chewy Ice, Chip Ice, or Crushed Ice.” This machine will not keep the ice at a temperature to prevent melting, so ice must be used or stored immediately. We have had this ice maker for a year. It leaks all of the water out every single time we fill it up. We always come home to a puddle. If I could get my money back, I would. It’s not a good product at all. I can’t even find a place to contact for a replacement

It does what it promises-makes ice! Do not expose the machine’s sensor to direct sunlight (per instruction manual). I have been using it daily and I love it!

    • Fast and great ice cubes!
I’m impressed at how quickly this makes ice. A half of a gallon of drinking water will fill a gallon size ziplock bag with cubes in just a couple of hours. It’s also nice you can choose between two sizes.
