This ethernet adapter worked perfectly. It was pretty much just plug and play and worked instantly with the Chromecast. It definitely made the connection much more reliable than wi-fi and much faster. Definitely recommend.

    • Functional but janky
It works exactly as described for my Chromecast with Google TV. To add ethernet. However, it appears the ethernet port may not be soldered correctly to the board or is loose cuz if you bump the cable you lose connection.

loved this little guy, sped up our chromecast easily doubling the speeds. not a lot to say as it does everything advertised. and works really well. should have other use cases too, but its currently wiring up our chromecast with TV built in. and doing a great job!

    • Stopped working on Chromecast
Bought this to be used for Chromecast. It worked at first but stopped working a few months later. It still works on a regular computer.
