No concern for warmth, as I had to take it off several times to avoid overheating. Great hat for temperatures at or below freezing; however, it does need one product improvement - grip. I would find myself having to pull the product down over my ears due to it slipping up. I am mostly bald, so I wouldn't think such a problem would occur with the rim folding up to provide extra pressure. Other than that minor product improvement, the hat is a great value. ... show more

I've had the previous model of this fine cap for 12 years now, and it's starting to get a bit raggedy. Glad to have a new one now. My large head (7 5/8) fits in it fine, with enough cuff to keep my ears warm in freezing weather.
