I use parchment paper for all my baking needs - cakes, cookies, roasting potatoes, oven-fried foods, catching drips, covering pans. These come packed flat in large sheets so they fit large baking sheets, and, because they are flat, no excessive curling of edges like rolled parchment paper. Because they are large and flat, I store them on a counter top under a decorative basket. Not noticeable or in the way and easy to remove a sheet when needed. Sturdy and resilient and they do the trick. Note that this paper is brown, not white, but it does not affect performance in any way. The sheets fold and cut easily if needed. I use this in my springform pan for cheazecakes. I use 3 layers on the side and let them settle to my counter before closing up the spring on the pan. It makes an absolute waterproof seal for the crust and cheazecake. This size, only 2 strips, of 3 layers of paper cover the circumferance of the interior of pan. Prolly mispelled circumferance. Firstly, one package of these lasted this single person, over 5 years! 😂 I don't bake much on a cookie sheet, but anything I do with a cookie cheet in the oven (bacon, fries, etc...) I cover the sheet with one of these and it keeps my cookie sheets very clean and it makes for a super quick clean-up. I use a food service that provides me with meals that often require cooking food on a rimmed baking sheet in the oven. If I put a piece of parchment paper on the sheet before placing the food on it, the food doesn't bake onto the cookie sheet. After removing food and the parchment paper from the sheet, it generally has only an oil coat on it that is easily washed off in the dishwasher. It's important that the paper completely cover the bottom of the cookie sheet, so I like that the sheets I purchased because they are exactly the right size to fit the sheets I use. ... show more

We love these parchment baking sheets in our house. They're a great alternative to aluminum foil! I also love that these sheets are pre-cut so you're not fumbling with cutting the parchment paper while in the middle of cooking. I use this in baking. Formerly, I used aluminum foil that had been oiled. Food would stick to it. It doesn’t with this parchment paper. I don’t have to oil it either. I’ve only used it up to 425 degrees though it is rated higher.
