Having pre-cut sheets is very convenient. However, it takes two to fit my large cookie sheets. So measure your cookie sheet before buying. Holds up well when cooking oily or damp foods. Works very well with peanut butter cookies and doesn't stick.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks and have been happy with them. As far as storing them, I found a spot to keep the box. I took out about 50 sheets, folded them in half and then separated them ( took about 5 minutes ). I put them back in the box with the folded end exposed. It’s easy now to grab one quickly. As for the remaining sheets (which are in a nice resealable bag) I store them in the oven storage drawer below my oven with my bake sheets. Btw…I store my bake sheets in a pillowcase in that drawer to keep the dust off the stored items. ... show more

I had bought a smaller size the last time I bought these. Unfortunately I must have an odd size cookie sheet. This was the next size up and it's a little to big. But, bigger is better. I use these not only for baking, but also in my dehydrator and they work perfectly. For baking I never have to grease my pans. I can also cut these to make cupcake holders. I have used parchment paper in a roll for quite a long time and that has been a game changer in keeping pans and baking sheets from getting extremely grimy. The rolled parchment paper is always hard to rip and will curl a lot once you get to the end of the roll. This is much easier and stays flat on the pan. This parchment paper fixed all the parchment paper issues I had before.
