How to Connect Alexa 1. First open the alexa app and sign in, then open the linkind app and sign in. Next tap the portrait icon next to "My Home" in the linkind app , select "Alexa & Hey Google", select "Alexa". 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your account. The connection is done when it says "Linked with Amazon Alexa successfully". 3. If Alexa doesn't add bulbs (Alexa must be already added in Linkind APP), you can add them by saying "Alexa, discover device". Remote Control No hub or bridge is required. Schedules & Timers Open linkind app and click "smart" at the lower right corner, then tap the "+" at Upper right corner, and tap the schedule to set. Read more Pair the Bulb & Pairing Tutorial Bluetooth Pairing Step 1: Power on the bulbs, ensure it'll do a color changing cycle(If not, read the pairing tutorial). Step 2: Open Linkind APP and sign in. Tap "+" at APP, tap "WiFi RGBW". Step 3: Select your own wifi and connect. Step 4: Waiting till add succefully, then you can control bulbs. Manual Pairing Step 1: Power on the bulbs, ensure it'll do a color changing cycle(If not, read the pairing tutorial). Step 2: Open Linkind APP and sign in.Tap "+" at APP, tap "Lighting" at the left side-->"WiFi RGBW". Step 3: Clicks "I can't scan" the scanning page, clicks "Next step" to "Take me to WiFi setting", then find the WiFi that starts with "Smartbulb"/"Smartlight", to join it. Step 4: Go Back to Linkind APP, Select your own wifi and connect. Waiting till add succefully, then you can control bulbs. Pairing Tutorial & If the Bulb Offline Step 1: Power on the bulbs. Step 2: Turn on and off the light for six times in a row, the interval is about 1.5s, not too fast or too slow. Step 3: Turn it on at the 7th time, bulbs will blink twice (RGBW light bulb will run a color shift), which means the resetting is done and it is in pairing mood. I’m happy with the lights and got them working, however the directions were lacking and took some trial and error. To hopefully save some of you some trouble I added some photos to walk you through how to sync these lights specifically. Download the linkind app as directed in the instructions. From there tap the + in the upper right corner to add lights. Refer to the photos to see the rest. I have bought a variety of LED color changing / dimmable wifi lights on Amazon and just about all of them use a different weird app with the same interface with tons of smart products and identifying which one you have is never straight forward. However what I like about these is once I figured out which product to select for syncing it was fast and easy- whereas other brands I had to repeatedly reset the lights by flickering them and they fall out of sync every other week and I have to fidget with it all over again. These lights have remained in sync/ grouped to the wifi and not giving me any fuss. The soft and white light options are great and allow you to choose a wide array of color temps and brightness. These are awesome. Took a little bit to figure out. Install the Linkind app. If you have a hard time finding the app, type Linkind Smart Bulb. Create an account for the app. Click + top right of app to add new bulb. Select the WiFi RBG as the device. It'll bring up a scanner. Scan the QR code on base of bulb. If it's too fuzzy to scan, turn on light on phone, or move the bulb to a well lit area and try again. Screw the bulb into the fixture. Bulb should turn red then flash once or twice. Follow instructions in app to proceed. It'll connect and disconnect your phone wifi a couple times. Just wait it out. Using that app, you can rename it, adjust colors, etc. To connect to Alexa, go through standard settings to add a new device, but select "other" as the bulb manufacturer. You'll have to connect to a routine someone else created because it's not a built-in feature yet. From there, connect and use voice commands to turn it on and off. Just be sure to leave the switch on fixture in the ON position. If not, Alexa and Linkind app will see it as off and won't allow voice control. Hope this helps. ... show more

These are awesome. I read in bed at night and my husband snores. These bulbs let you adjust everything!! Color and brightness. You turn them on and off with the app. Mine is a dark blue and I can read by it and my husband doesn't complain "turn the light off" at all "now". I also put one in each of my outside lights on "Party" and it seems so festive along with our Christmas Lights. The price is right. I advise you to try it out for yourself. ... show more

I ordered before reading all the reviews and after reading them considered cancelling since I saw a lot of complaints about connection and set up issues. They must have been doing something wrong because it was so easy! This is the second kind of smart bulb in my house and far easier than the LIFX brand. These bulbs were exactly what I was looking for. Massive color range and 5000k-6500k white. I don't mind the yellow tint white, but if I can do daylight I will. Since these use wifi, it's super easy to set up. With them coming in 4 packs, the price is great right now with the discount. I've already ordered 3 more packs to start converting other bulbs. Hey Google! Will you turn off my basement light? Because no one can be bothered to hit the switch on the way up! I have one on my front porch set up with routines. It comes on at dusk and goes off at dawn. I have another in my bedroom so I can ask Google to turn off the light from my bed vs. tripping my way through the room in the dark. I had some smart light bulbs from Sengled, Ring and Linkind. I found Linkind is the best and I'm now replacing all the light bulbs in my house with Linkind. It doesn't need a hub, connects diectly to the wifi and Alexa picks them up immediately. You can switch them on or off, adjust brightness and change colors in Alexa routines. ... show more

These are so user friendly. I love that you can change the colors. We set them up with our google home and it’s easy to turn on and off. The app also comes with some presets if you don’t want to play with the colors. Will buy more when we have more lights in our home.
