EDIT AT BOTTOM. Buy at your own risk. These bulbs look great, feel well-made, and cast a wonderful, soft glow with their warm light. Perfect for the bedroom - the amber glow is very easy on the eyes and relaxing, and they do get quite bright when set to 100%. For a month they worked wonderfully and integrated into out smart home very well. However… fast forward five weeks, exactly one week past the Amazon return window, and one of the two bulbs randomly comes on any and all hours of the day and night, randomly waking me and the lady up. This is a deal-killer for me - a smart bulb should be smart, not schizophrenic. 🤣 I don’t know if I got a two pack consisting g of one normal piece and one overachiever, or if the useful life span is designed to be this short, but these are going in the trash. I suppose you get what you pay for. EDIT: The seller reached out to me after reading my review and offered a full refund. I asked if they would be more interested in sending a replacement for the bad bulb instead. After a few messages back and forth the seller sent out a replacement set. Best Buy Ever!Great bulbs and great smart app that programs it. This is one of the best lighting apps i came across, its very smart and you can let the lights brightness go along with either music, people, etc. you can set it on a timer, theres just so many options lol. You can even give guest and other people access it for a short time or long time. I felt like i got my moneys worth ... show more

    • Got 27 of these bulbs-Whole house, and it all works with eero but, hard without an eero router

It's the 2.4 ghz that will get you every time, or the limit of devices (mine was 30 before eero) that will limit how you enjoy these lights. Lost power, and internet for over 5 hours. Lights that weren't Linkid had to be reprogrammed, unlike Linkind that held the memory of settings. I can also switch off the lights, and switch them back on, and they will hold memory. I had to bridge my Comcast router/internet box, and turned off wifi. One connection from Comcast box to eero router. Try entering the password manually when the devices ask for the password. Sometimes this helps, since the router might try to connect to the 5ghz automatically with the auto sign on password. Just hints to make it all work. The Linkid app is very good, you can use its presets which are really awesome, from party, to China Town, simply amazing the level of control this app gives. I had other lights, but they didn't have a very good app, or good light control, or good color control. I have my whole house with these lights, and can control them easily with the phone app. Alexa controls the lighting, all voice, or third reality sensor does the job so lights come on automatically when i enter a room. Forget that going away from your house to find the strong 2.4, stop fighting with device limits and just use the eero. It can handle 130 devices, uses 2.4 and 5 ghz and the devices can find the signal relatively easily when the device searches for the infamous 2.4 ghz network to hook up. If the 2.4 ghz doesn't pop up, just keep refreshing the search, it should pop up. Just putting this out there since I had so many problems making these and any other smart devices work without the 2.4 ghz that eero so easily provides. Took a week before I got eero, and it was still hard, after eero, I set up the whole house in half a day. All the lights have the same clear glow and color since they are from the same manufacturer. This is important when you have colors or shades of white, and they don't exactly match because of an odd ball bulb. Good luck ... show more
