The heart rate and blood pressure are not continuous readings. You have to manually click on the app to get readings. The blood pressure readings are way off.

The ring is pretty light weight and fits very comfortably. It connected to my phone painlessly and started to work immediately. Most of the functions seem to be working and one thing I'm not too sure about the is blood pressure option yet, I just need to run tests to calculate its accuracy.

This is so much more affordable than the Samsung version worth every penny I really like how it tracks my sleep it’ll track when I’m in deep sleep, light sleep, and REM sleep. It tracks your steps, your heart rate and oxygen level. I I think it’s a must have for everyone.
