My 10 year old son has ADHD & sometimes has trouble falling asleep & staying asleep. This blanket is AWESOME. I got him the 12 or15lb (can't remember which) twin size & he absolutely loves it. I had a 15lb blanket and it was a little too heavy for me. I wanted to get a 10lb but was told it might be too light so I opted for this 12lb blanket. I sleep very hot so I put it right on top of my sheet so I could kick the top comforter off if I got too hot. And I always do. I still seem to wake up 2-3 times a night but I still feel like this blanket helps keep me still. I usually toss and turn most of the night trying to get comfortable. I have a king size bed but my husbands feet are cold always. I use the weighted cover as a topper on the lower have of bed. Perfect, I don’t have too much weight on top and can roll over, but feet and legs feel snuggly. Highly recommend this cover it has just enough weight

I used it one time since I got it today and after I woke up the beads were all over the bed outside of the blanket not sure how that happened but does help me sleep. I got the 12 pound must’ve just been defective

I bought this as a gift for my mother that suffers from extreme restless legs. It’s been about a week and she loves it. Calls me every day to tell me how good she slept and how great she feels. Both my my kids have even tried it and love it. I have not yet tried it but it is on my amazon wish list.
