    • Wife loves it! But..
Got this for my wife for Mother's Day. It was easy to set up, and the camera quality is great! But the AI Bird identifier sucks. It only works in real time (can't use it on recordings) and it is nowhere near the supposed 80% accuracy the description claims. Also, the screws on the bird feeder lid is very inconvenient. We placed velco on the door and it seems to be holding it in place. In summary, the AI bird identifier needs a MAJOR overhaul, and the door with screws needs to be redesigned. ... show more

Gave to my son for his birthday and he and his family love it. He showed it to me and I told me how easy it is to use. I looked at a couple of birds and couldn’t believe the quality.

    • Works and takes nice photos but could use a few modifications
Love watching the birds and critters come eat but the bird feeder itself could use some modifications to make it a 5 star. To fill it you have to use a screw driver and remove two tiny screws. So I modified that and got long screw that I can operate with my thumb and finger. Also the hole that the seeds dispense out of is way too big and seeds just pour out waste fully. So for now I had to zip tie a paint stick across the front that I notched out to slow the amount of seeds that pour out. As far as the camera and all that , it has been working fine. ... show more

Less than 2 months out of packaging and up, perch snapped off of screw seating. Contacted manufacturer via online chat support. They instructed me to follow up with seller to request replacement perch. That simply leads to Amazon support, who indicates product is outside of replacement window and instructed me to simply write a review for seller to see. No direct way to contact seller. Love my feeder and pics, simply want a replacement part, which appears impossible to get. ... show more
