Arrived on time, easily to assemble and clean. Works great! A must have if you like frozen drinks. It also has additional drinks that can be made at a push of a button. The price could have been better. You can hear it as it is making the drinks. Alerts you when ready. Drinks are easy to make. I took a Minute Maid lemonade and chilled it then added it to the machine, up to 48 oz. In less than 20 minutes we had frozen lemonade.. my kids favorite!!! ... show more

Every drink came out foamy....which was not a complete deal breaker, buuuuuuutttt. The pic below was. There is a lip inside the freeze compartment that runs the entire circumference. It is so tight I couldn’t find anything able to clean it. Because of the “fill lid”, it can’t be soaked clean. The brown residue you can see is dried spoiling milkshake that I can’t get out of the machine. A design flaw that I can’t live with. Because of this, I cannot recommend this product. It does not get cold enough to make any of the advertised drinks. Even at the coldest setting, they are watery. However, it is easy to clean and have good instructions. Update: their customer service was outstanding. Everything was resolved.

I love getting frozen slushy style drinks sold by certain bars and pretzel shops at the mall and a place called fat Tuesday with locations in Vegas and New Orleans. Anyway, I researched purchasing one of the machines that makes these. Most of the commercial machines are too tall to fit under my cabinets on my kitchen counter. Not this one! Also, it has a nice slim footprint so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter, about the same size as a blender would take up. But this is more than a blender, it gets cold and freezes the beverage without using ice. This is what I wanted because ice gets clumpy and dilutes the drinks etc. anyway, I've used this a couple of times now and it works fine. Takes about 15 minutes or so to freeze juices or drink mixes from room temperature. Perfect size for a home appliance IMO. ... show more

I got this for my wife as a Christmas she loves it! My wife read the margarita recipe booklet and discovered that whatever you’re trying to make into a slushie must have a higher sugar content. After adding some simple syrup and juice to our margarita mix, it froze perfectly and created the perfect slushie. When we tried making margaritas without high sugar content, it barely froze. A lot of the reviews on here say the freezing quality isn’t that good when in reality, people just need to read the instructions and they’d realize its a user error and not a product error. ... show more
