It was my understanding that the strap came with a sensor. Am I mistaken? The package came while I was on a trip and my father opened it. He says nothing else was in there but a clear plastic bag with the strap inside.

These fit extremely tight for feet straps and there's not much you can do outside of stretching them as hard as you can, which might be intended but it's not easy. If you have a men's size larger than 9 or if you have a higher rise of foot than most, it will be hard to get these around your feet and pulled back enough to strap the heel -- I made cut off the heel strap if I continue to use because they're so tight it's not like they will come off. ... show more
