The media could not be loaded. This is my first time purchasing a pc so I might not be very helpful. But it works amazingly, it’s very quiet runs games very well. And it was easy to set up and packaged good. And for some people who have trouble connecting it to a monitor, connect the motherboard and fix the settings on the monitor. I’ve had this pc for about a year now. This is my first PC I’ve purchased and I’m happy to say will probably be my only pc for the next few years until I decide to upgrade to something with a little more power. I rated customer support a 5 star out of the simple fact that I’ve never had to contact them. This is one of the best PCs for the price. I’ve had 0 issues besides some minor lex issues with the fans that I resolved in like a hour with some trial and error with the wires on the motherboard. Besides that everything runs and works great. Every game I play runs at between 60-200 FPS ( even though I usually base my game settings on FPS over quality). I might upgrade my RAM to a 16 gb and I was thinking of upgrading to a more powerful graphics card BUT for a beginner who’s just now getting into PC gaming. This is a PERFECT starting computer for a great price. I highly recommend this computer and this company if you’re looking for something on a budget. If you don’t have a budget and moneys not a problem for you I would still recommend this computer for all beginners. It’s got everything you need and more. And it looks great. I actually prefer the mini on my desk rather than a huge 3000$ gaming computer. But like I said in the beginning. Pros: Good gpu and cpu for gaming. Can run basic editing software. Cons: Kinda small for upgradability. Only has 1, 8 gig stick of ram that runs at 3000mhz. What I’d upgrade: RAM, maybe cpu. Other than that, this pc is great for beginners to pc gaming
