The media could not be loaded. Ordered this PC when it was on sale, was nervous about shipping but Skytech did a wonderful job at packing and quickness of shipping. Out the box Iv had no issues after almost a month. Runs any game I can throw at it on high settings and temp never get over 66. Highly recommended them. ... show more

    • Dead on arrival
The pc worked for about 30 minutes. Then it froze on the desktop screen and rebooted. It continued to do this. I'm fairly certain it was used as well because there were signs of use on the keyboard. I sent 2 emails to Skytech and called their customer service line. The emails weren't responded to for over a week. During the call, my place in line went number 5 to number 4......then somehow back to 5, then 4 again, then 5 again. After awhile, I just hung up it. It was apparent they didn't care. I've started the refund process through Amazon, hopefully they don't try and penalize me because it was opened and used slightly. I wouldn't be so upset about the situation if somebody would have actually bothered to reach out to me about the issue. $3000 and not a bit of help. ... show more

After a short period of ownership, the computer will no longer turn on. Additionally, Skytech has not answered my email regarding tech support. However, Amazon offered a full refund.

    • The hardware/warrantees are not worth this much money.
Are you kidding me? $2500? I built my own about 2 years ago with BETTER hardware and paid half as much and I still have everything warrantied. Educate yourself and save a lot of money and get better hardware.
