  • Excellent machine
I bought 2, one for me and one for my wife. My wifes arrived with a motherboard issue in the power pack connector. The unit wont start up unless I wiggle the connector on the motherboard. To avoid that we just put it in sleep mode at night and it fires right up. I did contact tech support and sent pictures of everything except my house shoes. They asked me to box up the mother board and power pack and send it back to them. Once they receive it they will ship free of charge new ones to me. Hmmmm so my new computer will be a unusable box for god knows how long. And if the parts I send are damaged in shipping I will have to pay for the new ones. I asked them to send the parts first so I would not experience any down time (We are WoW gamers so that's important to us lol) but they would not move on that. I guess maybe they don't trust me. It was their tech that walked us through the trouble shooting on the phone so a record was on file and I send pics and videos. They will not get a bad rating for that, policy is policy. The computers work so nice and the picture quality is so great. I am totally happy with the purchase and recommend this computer with no reservations. Oh and the cooling fan lights are bad to the bone. ... show more

  • Nice pc, shipping tho...
First PC that I have bought for gaming in a long time. Works very well. Came with a mouse and keyboard. I did not see that in the description. The only thing I have done to it was upgraded the ram and Ssd in. The shipping part was on Amazon! I clicked the option to have it put in one of Amazon boxes cause I didn't want a nice pc box sitting on the porch before I could get to it. The put it into a giant box that you could almost get to pc boxes into but didn't put any packing materials in with it. ... show more

  • Failed purchase
I bought this equipment with a great ilucion, in the end I had to send it to repair the bios, maybe at the time of assembly it is damaged, the components have good characteristics but in my case I did not turn on normally, the company was asked for support and it was not repaired, then Amazon has its return policies within a certain period, Today better choose to buy a Dell desktop that has a direct warranty with the buyer of one year regardless of location, I got more expensive if I managed to use some components in my new dell. ... show more

  • Pretty good
I’m mostly satisfied with my purchase but the WiFi signal is pretty bad (with the antennas installed). It’s not my WiFi setup as my phone and laptop are fine. Other than that, it’s a cool, well-assembled machine. Unable to change the LED lights via the case controls, though.

  • I bought two (one for me and the other for my wife) one worked, the other didn't
I bought one for myself and it works great for gaming and remote work. Then I bought a 2nd one so my wife and I could have the exact same model. It was a late Christmas, early Valentine's Day present. Unfortunately it didn't work (the computer would freeze up randomly and had to be restarted to be unfrozen). I took it to a computer repair shop and they told me the BIOS was entered in there wrong (not sure what that means). He suggested I get it returned. I did and got my money back. I'm glad they gave me the money back, but I am disappointed that her present was a dud and now when I buy a replacement computer the surprise is ruined. I'm conflicted on if I should risk it for the biscuit and buy it again (so we can have the same matching model/specs), or if I should go a different route? What do you think I should do? I don't want to have to go through the Refund process again. ... show more
