I tried baby proofing clips from other places as well but this one hits the mark! The mechanism is really simple to use and toddler sturdy. Will be buying more when my toddler starts to reach higher up cabinets.

I saw a few reviews critical of these straps not sticking well. In very small print ou will see a note saying not to try these out for at least 24 hours. I'm quite sure that many folks did not see that warning. The 3M adheasive used on these devices is not you everyday "peel and stick" If you scrub the surcace to be adheared to well with the small towelettes provided, stick the strap on making sure there is a tad of slack in the strap and then wait until the next day to test them you will find they are stuck to stay. ... show more

Convenient to put on. I am sure a nightmare to take off. Super easy to stick and apply, but make sure that you’re placing them where they need to go. They stick very well, but the instructions on taking them off are some makeshift randomness. The instructions verbatim say to use a hairdryer and dental floss to heat them up and try to peak them from the surface using the floss. There are no special tools or tabs to use.
