I have received the product with perfect package, no damage at all. I was very excited and look forward to try this because Skin Gym sells the highest priced Gua Sha tool and I assume it would be of best quality. Unfortunately it arrived with cracked everywhere as you can see in the pic. It is intolerable because it's facial tool and it can definitely cut your face with servers damages.... so scary! I seriously double they just repackaged defective and used item and sell it to me! Don't buy! ... show more
