This product really works well for me. I am 70 years old and have light skin with some spots of red patchiness. Somehow, it evens out my complexion for a soft, dewy look and the red patches are barely visible. I do use a concealer stick on those patches for complete coverage, but I don't really have to. It's kind of an amazing transformation, and so much lighter and easier than the earlier foundations I used to buy. Where have you been all my life, this foundation?! A couple other reviewers mentioned that this is a little light in color for them and that was also my experience. It’s not crazy noticeable, but I tan easily in summer so it’s def a little lighter than my chest. That said, I absolutely love wearing it! It’s medium coverage, but I’ve also had success building it- I just dab a little extra on areas that need more coverage and it works like a concealer. I typically don’t wear a lot of make up, but I do wear sunscreen and this has been awesome because it’s both. Goes on super fast and smooth with a brush. I have large pores and it def settles in there, even with a primer, but that’s par for the course with foundation. It’s very moisturizing, so it does take about 20 minutes to soak in for me- but after that my skin is very soft and smooth. I would say that the “lasts up to 16 hours” claim is exaggerated, but I don’t need full coverage all day- so that’s fine for me. Love it and will definitely buy it again! ... show more

It starts out white and changes to skin tone ( somewhat ) it’s a little lighter that my skin tone but not bad. Coverage is a light coverage. Has a good texture and nice smell

    • Expect a Lighter Look
I have finally found 'my' foundation. This stuff does not feel like foundation. You think that it is going to be a sheer watery B&B, but it has something new and wonderful in it. It is sheer but it covers. You feel like you are wearing nothing at all. I use it with the primer that Amazon lists on the same page, Cheriol Makeup Primer, Isolation Cream, Skin Tone Correcting and Brightening Primer, Invisible Pore. It is said NOT to use primer, but I do it anyway, because I have to. The reasoning behind not using a primer is tha t the foundation cannot touch your bare skin, therefore it cannot change color. This is not true. I do not know how it 'knows' your skin tone to match to, but it does. It does match up, but a little on the light side. If I want a darker shade for the occasion, I dust it with tinted powder. Usually, I use a sheer, no color powder. Both work beautifully. I have used this is layers, if I need more coverage. It does not even catch in the little wrinkles underneath the eyelids. They end up smooth as a baby's bottom, even at my age! I did not think this color-change foundation would work. If it weren't for Amazon, I may not have tried it. They have such a liberal returns policy, I was able to try different foundations and send back what I did not like. The only caveat that I would speak of for this foundation is DO NOT apply too much. The amount that comes out of the dispenser is almost right; it is a little on the too-much side. Experiment to see which is best for you, but if you use too much, it is like rubbing too much lotion on your face and it will not absorb. It is a mess! EDIT: It is May of 2022 and I am still using this amazing foundation that is not a foundation at all. It still gives my skin a flawless, almost dewy finish and I am not a dewy girl! I have learned not to use hardly as much powder after applying and to be sure to wear that primer of your choice. I am so scared that they are going to discontinue it! ... show more

    • This is more a moisturizer than foundation. No coverage!
This should be marketed as color changing moisturizer rather than foundation. As a moisturizer it is sufficient. There is little to no coverage which is great if you don’t want to even out ur skin tone. But if you are looking for an actual foundation this isnt for you.
