This idea behind this product was quite good, but I take issue with somethings about it. For instance, the suction isn't very good when you're actually using it to do sit-ups. The overall design is small, and it is clear that the intended person of use is female because it requires smaller feet.

The product has very good potential for being a great concept but the suction cup is very finicky on what surfaces you try to stick it too. But once it sticks to a good surface the sucker is pretty strong. I’m 120lbs and it isn’t going anywhere on my floor tiles. Also it won’t stick unless you get the suction cup damp. structurally its very well made, however the plastic suction cup is very flimsy and doesn't conform to the surface its trying to grip onto. Thus leaving it effectively useless when trying to mount to where you want to mount it too. I would suggest revisiting that in the engineering aspect, or possibly including a screw mount along with the suction cup update to allow for easier permanent mounting. ... show more

So I tried every which way to help make this product suction to the floor to make it was sturdy enough to actually use it to do sit ups. It’s not! So save your money or put your money into something that is sturdy.

The suction cup works well, I would estimate that it requires about 50lb of tension to break the suction seal. That is easily enough for situps or nordic curls. The bottom bar is adjustable and even removable, so it can be used for different applications. The padding is quite thick, I found it to be almost too thick but if you like padding you will like this. Since you have to use this on a smooth floor, you will need a mat for your knees or tailbone.
