I’ve had bad experience with this company twice in a row. My first bike came to me With a huge dent on the outside of the battery housing, so I sent it back, it took14 days to get my money back… Once I got my money back, I figured I’d try it again so I bought the same bike. Took another 11 days to get my new bike again. I put it together. I rode it one and a half miles and then it stopped working as soon as the pedal assist came on, propel me forward the electric shut off… And the battery is full. I will now Send it back and get my money back so I can go with a different company because I am not ever gonna buy anything from these guys again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Awesome bike I purchased the step through version. Lots of power tested with throttle only on long steep inclines I weigh 250lbs goes right up without a running start. Acceleration is great ramps up to top speed fairly quickly. Five different assist settings, the cadence sensor is the best I've tried feels very natural and haven't been able to ghost peddle the bike yet, seems to cut off power if you're not actually applying force to the crank. Top speed I've reached is 21 mph and the bike backs off power. The company claims 32 on Amazon and 28 in the manual. There's an app that will probably unlock more speed but I've been unable to pair it to the bike as of yet. The frame is built solid has a 3 amp charger rather than the common 2 amp. Headlight is a joke I've had pen lights that are much brighter. The seat is not for me seems soft and such might be fine for others. Fork shocks have no adjustment but seem to dothe job just fine. Display is simple and nice and bright. The company has saved money on a couple items but what you get in a basic fat tire bike that's fun to ride at the price point is what makes this a great buy especially at the price. ... show more

I've had the e bike for a couple months now, but in the couple months it has had issues. The biggest is the cord for the battery charger. Apparently it's not supposed to be used often. Because it has already broke.

I purchased the Warrior Step Thru for its off-road capabilities, and it hasn't disappointed. The fat tires and suspension system make for a smooth ride on rugged terrain. The power assist is responsive and powerful, making steep inclines more manageable. The battery life is decent, though I wish it lasted a bit longer on higher settings. The bike is on the heavier side, which is expected given its sturdiness but makes it a bit cumbersome for transport. Also, the assembly instructions could have been clearer.
