Love this bike. I added the crate and mounted to back rack (found on Amazon). Added a simple ringy dingy bell. I love the pedal assist speeds (PAS 1-5). I prefer to cruise around on 1 and 2. It does go plenty fast on 5. Battery removes easy (requires key) for charging if you prefer to charge separately. Bike is quite heavy - but I was expecting that. Love the disc brakes. Headlight, great. Shifting gears, easy. Rear rack doesn't appear to be beefy enough for me to install a seat for a child to ride on. Handle grips feel like great quality. Love the styling. Love the fenders - giving it the cruiser vibe. I really like the dark look - black accents. Only complaint is that the computer display appears to be unique to this bike. I can't find any manual, tutorial, or youtube video with instructions on how to customize settings. Plenty of customizable adjustments on other eBikes, but I can't find anything on this one. I was able to fully assemble with tools provided in about 20 mins. Super easy. Overall, doesn't feel like a cheapo bike. Very happy. ... show more

Front rim and disc brake were bent when it arrived could have been shipping or a slip when packing it, charger or battery quit working after 4 weeks, no help from Amazon or seller, save your money shop local.

I've had the e bike for a couple months now, but in the couple months it has had issues. The biggest is the cord for the battery charger. Apparently it's not supposed to be used often. Because it has already broke.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome bike I purchased the step through version. Lots of power tested with throttle only on long steep inclines I weigh 250lbs goes right up without a running start. Acceleration is great ramps up to top speed fairly quickly. Five different assist settings, the cadence sensor is the best I've tried feels very natural and haven't been able to ghost peddle the bike yet, seems to cut off power if you're not actually applying force to the crank. Top speed I've reached is 21 mph and the bike backs off power. The company claims 32 on Amazon and 28 in the manual. There's an app that will probably unlock more speed but I've been unable to pair it to the bike as of yet. The frame is built solid has a 3 amp charger rather than the common 2 amp. Headlight is a joke I've had pen lights that are much brighter. The seat is not for me seems soft and such might be fine for others. Fork shocks have no adjustment but seem to dothe job just fine. Display is simple and nice and bright. The company has saved money on a couple items but what you get in a basic fat tire bike that's fun to ride at the price point is what makes this a great buy especially at the price. ... show more

Very pleased with the Front wheel setup with new quick release. So far motor runs really good. Very sturdy frame. Might want to do some searching for perfect seat for your type of biking. Nice build quality overall. could use front fender being a little higher not to rub front wheel but was an easy fix. I would ask the company to update their claim on top speed. Manuel states 23mph.

I am impressed with the quality of the bikes. it was packed well no damaged,is very comfortable to ride and easy to get on and off with step through. It comes with a heavy duty rack, nice full fenders and bright front & rear lights. Fat tires and full suspension make it ride so nice.
