These come vacuum sealed but when opened are very flimsy and flat. Not puffy like the photos. UPDATE: manufacturer reached out to me and told me that the problem will be resolved in May. They are addressing the pillow packaging issues and fill issues. UPDATE: As promised, the company reached out and sent me a new pillow to test and it's much fuller and much better.
