    • Dresser made with cheap fiberboard, that's not even reinforced where screw meet the fiberboard!

I just needed a small dresser, so I checked Amazon. It's still hard to believe that so many reviews were five stars!?! I think it looks bad for Amazon, when they continue selling such an inferior product, when so many have, more than likely, been returned. I, like most of you, depend on reviews to make wise decisions for what I buy. After the screw easily broke out of the fiberboard, I decided that was it! And it would be rediculous to continue... So, now I had to take apart what I had already assembled to fit it in the original box. Something told me that I should save that box. And I'm glad I did. They only take returns in the original box. And, because it's over 88 lbs., I have to have help getting it down a flight of stairs, and into my car to do a drop-off return to UPS. Then, I'll need help bringing it into the UPS store. What a disapointment! So much more trouble than it was worth! From now on, if the price is that low, run the other way. That's my fault, I wasn't thinking. From now on, I'll be at a furniture store when I buy the dresser that I need! So If you're still considering buying this dresser after what I and many others have reviewed! I bought this dresser for my son’s room. It was easy to assemble with instructions and help. The drawers are roomy. The downside is any little touching or placing of things leaves marks and makes it look dingy. Microfiber cloth and multi surface cleaner helps. Maybe putting a runner on it. Bought this dresser for my son’s nursery. I was expecting it to be a little larger than it ended up being. The drawers aren’t very deep and can only fit so much. However, I was still happy with how it turned out in his nursery as his clothes are obviously small and don’t take up a lot of space. The installation took quite a bit of time as there are a lot of pieces to put together. With that being said, that was also another negative for this product. Some of the materials had defects. For example, one of the drawers had the holes drilled into them on the wrong side so when you tried to put the pieces together, not all the screws could be put in. I think this dresser is beautiful. The texture is a little weird, especially when it comes to cleaning it and it is a little short but for me and my baby it works amazing. I use it as his changing table. The drawers are a little smaller as well, but everything fits for us. We added the changing table part to the dresser did not come with it. After 2 hours of assembly time. I finally finished and it looked exactly as the picture. I was worried that it was just going to be another Ikea furniture piece. With all those screws it was 10 times better than one of those. He was it is very sturdy very stylish my wife loves it. Halfway through assembling this piece—after spending about three hours on my own—one of the drawers broke while I was screwing it together because the material is so flimsy. Unfortunately, this drawer is one of the front, visible pieces, so I’m not sure how I’ll repair it yet. Duct tape might be an option, but it’s frustrating that this happened since I was being careful and didn’t make any unusual movements during the process.
