VERY CHEAP QUALITY. I paid a lot of money to just be disappointed in the poor quality of the lamp itself. They never worked despite several searches through FAQs and contacting the customer service. I purchased two lamps, one for me and one for my parents that live in another state. Set up for mine was fairly easy, though the instructions were a bit difficult. I loved the colors and was excited to get them working. Unfortunately we were never able to get my parents to connect to their wifi so the lamps are useless. My brother and I (two tech savy people) worked on it for over 2 hours. Followed all LIMITED instructions and video. Reached out for support, there are no phone numbers or people to talk to. Their “support” is via email, and only recommend the steps already on their FAQ pages, which do not contain much info. It was super frustrating. I ended up sending both lamps back and am looking for another one that actually had good reviews and support. ... show more
